At Piranha AV you will never be just another client, our services are always bespoke and entirely tailored to your needs, and your Piranha team member will be with you from the start of your project, through to completion. This level of care can also be offered beyond the completion of your project, with our flexible maintenance contracts.
These audio visual maintenance contracts offer the option for a Piranha engineer to visit your establishment between two and four times a year, the frequency of these visits being tailored to the mission-critical level of your equipment. We also offer a rapid-response/emergency call-out service, so you are never left in the dark when it comes to your audio visual systems.
Should your equipment suffer a failure and need to be sent off for repairs; Piranha will organise the hire of any replacements, ensuring that you are not left lacking in the interim and providing you with complete peace of mind.
Perhaps it wasn’t Piranha who installed your equipment? Not a problem; our flexible maintenance contracts are not limited to existing customers, and all of the same services and level of care can be provided for equipment installed by other companies.
The same focus on ease-of-use that goes into all of our installation projects is carried through into our support contracts; we believe that your equipment should work efficiently and effectively without any extra effort from you. That’s where we come in.
