Our guarantee provides peace of mind knowing that in the event of a break down, we’ll get you up and running as soon as possible, often the same day.

 

We provide a one year parts and labour guarantee on your installation from the date of the installations completion.  At the end of the year we offer an extension to the guarantee for a further 12 months.  We combine this with a preventative maintenance support package where we’ll provide up to 4 scheduled service visits per year along with emergency call outs.

 

All our support packages are designed around your needs.  We’ll contact you within the initial guarantee period to discuss what service level you need for year 2 onwards and then provide a quotation accordingly.

 

We can guarantee your installation for a maximum of 5 years (including the original 12 months).
